ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The Orlando mother charged with murderingher toddler daughter is back in court.
Casey Anthony returned to the Orlando courtroom Thursday to ask
a judge to force prosecutors to turn over evidence dealing with DNA
tests and investigative reports.
Anthony is accused by authorities of killing her daughter,
Caylee, whose remains were found in woods in Orlando last December,
six months after the child's disappearance. Her first-degree murder
trial has been tentatively set for Oct. 12.
Casey Anthony has said a babysitter kidnapped Caylee.
