Escambia County, FL - The Escambia County Sheriff's Office busted up a burglary ring they say broke into thirty businesses.According to deputies, four people broke into nine bridal stores, 19 hair/nail salons and two other businesses. They stole cash from the registers and hundreds of dresses.
Surveillance cameras at a strip mall in the Ensley area caught the "Bridal Store Bandits" on camera. That video eventually led to the arrests of Richard Beverly II, Maurice Williams, Kendrick Barren, and a fourth suspect who is cooperating with investigators, helping to clear some of the burglaries.
Deputies recovered 96 stolen wedding dresses, worth $30,000, from Barren and Williams apartment. Investigators believe another 250 dresses could be out there.
