PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - Pensacola Police are searching for a boldburglar they say robbed a home and returned hours later to steal a
TV while an officer was still on scene.
Steve Fluegge says he was shocked the first time he came
downstairs and saw the burglar in his living room Friday. He was
even more shocked when the suspect returned about three hours later
and stole a television left in the backyard.
A police investigator was still at the home when the TV was
taken.
Police and K-9 units canvassed the neighborhood, but couldn't
find the burglar.
Fluegge says the burglar made off with his wallet, watch and
video game system during the first strike and came back for a
roughly 100-pound, 42-inch plasma TV in the backyard the second
time. Police offered to pay for the TV.
