Body Found Behind Middle School Identified

Pensacola Homicide Police say the woman found dead behind Woodham Middle School in Pensacola is 29-year-old Mindy Huffman.

Police say the woman found dead behind Woodham Middle School in Pensacola is 29-year-old Mindy Huffman.

Huffman's body was discovered around 1:40 Tuesday afternoon near the corner of Acres Circle and Creekview drive, just behind the school.

The Escambia County Sheriff's Office is treating Huffman's death as a suicide.

An autopsy is being conducted. The cause of death has not been released.
