ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The attorney for a Florida mother charged
with killing her toddler daughter has asked a judge to move the
trial outside of Orlando to South Florida.
Jose Baez filed a motion for a change of venue Monday. He told
reporters outside the Orange County Courthouse that he didn't
believe his client could get a fair trial in Orlando due to the
excessive local media coverage.
Casey Anthony is charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter,
Caylee, who disappeared last summer. Caylee's remains were not
found until last December in woods near the house she lived with
her mother and grandparents.
Casey Anthony has pleaded not guilty and claims Caylee was
kidnapped by a baby sitter.
Messages left for prosecutors were not immediately returned.

Let them move it wherever they want, I don’t think there is a person in the world who has not heard what she has done.  They could bring her on up here to Alabama and I would make sure she got a fair trial.  Yeah right, about as fair a trial as she gave her baby.  She doesn’t even deserve a trial.

I’m sick of hearing about this baby killer. What is happening with all these people killing these precious babies? The he-devil who threw a 3 month old out of car like a bag of fast food garbage? Why target the frail and innocent? Cowards, all of them cowards.

I wonder if Obama would consider this extended live-birth abortion?

Boo Huhu! Make her look at Caylees picture every day.
