Economic Stimulus Tracking Presidential aides say everyone will be able to track the billions of dollars in the stimulus package

WASHINGTON (AP) - The stimulus money is coming, but who will
keep track of how it's used?
President Barack Obama's top budget aides are putting in place
strict reporting requirements for all government agencies that will
be involved in spending the 787-billion-dollar economic package.
In fact, Obama's budget chief has revealed a 25-thousand-word
document detailing exactly how Cabinet and executive agencies,
states and local organizations use the money that's designed to
save or create more than three million jobs over the next two
years.
Officials says it's a strict system meant to streamline reports
so they can be reviewed readily on the administration's new Web
site, Recovery.gov.

Now BAMA.. You said something I can agree with. I want to know the truth, ugly as it may be. Some say it was all the poor getting loans, others blame real estate for pushing the value of homes to unrealistic BUBBLES. I’ve seen the 60 min thing on Madoff and think the SEC is culpable for not caring about what he was doing in plain sight. I blame Katrina for devastating so many lives. I blame all of us who wanted that Escalade even though we were working at Circle K. I blame illness for causing so many people to become bankrupt due to having no coverage for medical expenses. The list goes on.

I don’t know how we are supposed to make sure the crooks don’t get more of what we’ve fed them. I don’t trust politicians to really fix any of this. Absolutel power corrupts absolutely.

Is it time for a revolution against the HAVES?

Ultimately, we need to pray.
