Now the city is sending hurricane help to an area that was not as fortunate.  Fire fighters and members of Mobile&apos;s Urban Development Department are on their way to Baton Rouge.  Mobile Fire&#45;Rescue will be transport 5,000 bottles of water, 1,800 MRE&apos;s and 8 generators.
