Hurricane Ike knocked out electricty on Dauphin Island&#39;s West End as it swept across the Gulf on its way to Texas, but it&#39;s what the storm left behind that is making it diffcult to turn the lights back on.  Ike dumped six feet of sand on Bienville Boulevard, the main road to the West End.
