The 15th annual "Power of Photography" show and contest is July 11-13 at the Wright Place, corner Wright and Palafox streets in downtown Pensacola.
Admission to this benefit show for ARC Gateway is free to visitors. POP 2008 includes a photo contest and juried art show, free Saturday seminars, door prizes, silent auctions, and photography trade expo featuring national vendors.
Anyone who wishes to enter the photo contest can get rules, prizes lists, and entry forms online at the organizers' address, www.wideanglephotoclub.org. Entry date ($10 per photo) is June 21 at ARC Gateway, 10th Ave. in Pensacola. Over $2500 in cash and photo prizes to award in July.
