WASHINGTON (AP) - The Bush administration is planning to relax
regulations covering endangered species before President-elect
Obama can reverse them.
The regulations must be published Friday to take effect before
Obama is sworn in Jan. 20. Otherwise, he can undo them with the
stroke of a pen.
The Interior Department rushed to complete the rules in three
months, over the objections of lawmakers and environmentalists. The
rules eliminate the input of federal wildlife scientists in some
endangered species reviews.

These enviromental laws will be shot down quick after Obama takes office it’s transition time ,Time for change but what kind of change ?I guess we will have to wait to find out .But it will be sad to see the last polar bear in a test tube.I’m not a scientist but these change appear to be cyclic. If so cloning could save these endangered species .Climate changes have doomed species for millions of years prior to mans dominance of the beast. The dinasour died from climactic change. It’s Gods call ,all we can do is pray that it doesn’t happen

Most men have compassion in their heart and act when confronted but it’s just not in their face.

That’s right, let’s not protect the animals—they were only here FIRST.
