Michael Jackson’s Mom Gets Temporary Custody Of His Kids

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge has approved Michael Jackson's
mother's request for temporary guardianship of his children.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff made his
ruling Monday.
A hearing on whether she can become the children's permanent
guardian is set for Aug. 3.
Jackson left behind three children: Michael Joseph Jackson Jr.,
known as Prince Michael, 12; Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, 11;
and Prince Michael II, 7. The youngest son was born to a surrogate
mother.
The judge did not grant Katherine Jackson's request to serve as
the temporary guardian of the children's estate.

Is this who the kids want to be with? Didn’t Debra Rowe come out and say that MJ WASN’T the father over the weekend? Surely they can still pull some DNA and test to see if that is true or not. Not sure about his estate-he was bankrupt and in debt-but,hey,if she wants to pay it off so the taxpayers don’t have too-good for her. (The company that was insuring his tour,is reportedly one that is connected to the bail-out).

I wonder if his funeral will be the 4th of July-I’m sure it will be some sort of “production.”

Perhaps the court might also appoint a guardian ad litem to watch over Grandma Jackson’s taking care of the kids. Keep the kids from Grandpa - it is he who messed up MJ and she stood by and did nothing.

lol right, there roots are in a hanging basket case. i don’t think they have a clue to anything that is grounded with mj as a dad. maybe with 30yrs of mental help and a remote island they might have a chance. anything less and just some more freak show to cash in on. sad but true

I just cannot see Deborah Rowe getting these kids…especially since she did not want them in the first place. Now, all of a sudden she wants them? Heck no. Michael’s mother has “been there”, thru everything and been very supportive of Michael and the children know her and are comfortable with her. Don’t uproot those kids from who they know and love.
