“Just keeping us all going and keeping them stimulated and the whole time,” says instructor Jan Horton.
While elementary age kids play with art in an outer space theme, the older students work on the optical illusion technique called trompe-l'œil.
“To show with paint, to trick the viewer’s eye into seeing something that's real, when all it is really is just a thin piece of canvas,” says professional artist Jamie Kirk.
