The bank was robbed around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday.
News 5 spoke with people at nearby business who saw some of the commotion, but did not realize it was a bank robbery.
According to the FBI, this was the 24th bank robbery of the year in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. That's four more than this time last year. In all of 2007, there were 35 bank robberies in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
