The Eight Mile teenager charged with killing two people while racing pleaded not guilty.

Alexandria Martin was back in court Tuesday morning for her arraignment.

Prosecutors say the 16-year-old was driving over 100 miles per hour June 16th when she lost control of her car on Prine Road in Citronelle, rolling it multiple times. Three of the six people in the car were ejected. Two of them died.

During the arraignment, Martin's attorney John Beck filed a motion to dismiss the case entirely. The judge will hear that motion at a later date.

Beck told News 5 he has an accident reconstruction report that shows Martin could not have been going more than 60 miles per hour. Click here to read it.

Driving records are easily obtained. Insurance companies routinely check our records to make sure they are charging us enough! But I happened to get my info through an acquaintance that is familiar with the family. And yes I trust the source to be reliable.

usaengalum, I read that last post on the link and I have to say it looks nothing like what the Aunt has posted previously. Could someone else be posting as her? She is saying she is 16 and has been to jail?

Dallas, I meant that the posters here are a jury of her peers. That scares me.
