BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - A New York group has launched an e-mail
campaign trying to halt the execution of Alabama death row inmate
Tommy Arthur.

Arthur is set to die July 31 for a 1982 contract killing. But
The Innocence Project hopes to persuade Gov. Bob Riley to issue a
stay and order DNA testing that could exonerate Arthur.

An aide said Riley did not plan to intervene.

The 66-year-old Arthur claims he is innocent and was wrongly
convicted of murdering Troy Wicker, 35, of Muscle Shoals. He also
is challenging the state's latest lethal injection procedures in an
appeal in federal court.

My mistake it’s your ISP and we both know who that is. When you get a chance check this site out and it’ll answer most of your question. WhatIsMyIPAddress.com . If you have a proxy server it’s almost impossible for anyone to back trace you.

IGB83 Who was it that said If you try to put a frog into a pot of boiling water he will hop right out,but if you put him in a pot of cool water and raise the temperature slowly, he will stay there until he boils to death? I had to bring it down to my level, I can’t afford lobsters. Hey let me ask you why when I ding your IPO I get a bounce from California. Is that where you are, or am I just getting your ISP? Just wondering not important.

Regardless of whether or not Arthur killed this man, the DNA evidence should be tested. It will prove his innocence or his guilt. Why deny something that concrete?

It doesnt bother me what happens to this man. He had a long history of run-ins with the law, and has killed more than 1 person. Or tried to. What worries me the most is that the SCOTUS is denying his first Habeus review, which is part of each and every citizen in America’s due process rights in the first ten Amendments. If this happens, it can set a precedent that will be very scary for anyone wrongly accused of a crime.

People need to wake up and realize that we are all lobsters in a pot of luke-warm water, slowly but surely we will be cooked and our B.O.R. will be gone. Socialism, here we come.
