I do not feel that it is totally up to the police and other officials to do all the work in order to bring justice. If we as citizens would stand for the truth and everyone would be honest we would not have as many repeat offenders as we do on the streets.  It is our responsibility as citizens to protect our children and if we don’t who will?  So I am asking everyone that has been aware of what was going on with this family to go to the police and let it be known.  When we expect little children to tell what has happened to them and you as an adult will not stand up, what can we expect.  It is easy to be judgemental of the system but how many times have we really taken the Christain approach and tried to help in anyway that we could.  It is easy to stand around town and discuss what should or should have been done but people need to be willing to get on the stand and tell the truth and then maybe justice will be served.

well as usual all that with jim will probably be throwed out of court and Marty did look good better that i have seen her look in a long time i’m just glad that she is will to tell some of the stuff that she has had to go throw with bo.i hear that her and the kids are in a very good home and i am glad of that

I was wondering about Jim’s case?  What happened on his alleged charges with the child?  Hopefully the parent of that child will not be intimidated and drop the charges.  The child is the innocent person in this and she needs support and encouragement that she was not at fault whatever took place. We as adults need to realize that children that are abused in anyway normally has to deal with it the rest of their life.

Yes Marty looked really good at her hearing!!! I heard she was also going to church so that will be a help to her I am sure.I sure feel for her and the children!!!

Has anyone heard how court came out on Tuesday?  I have also noticed that no one has given an update on Bo?  Maybe all of you will keep posting your comments on this case so the truth will hopefully prevail.  I hate to think about the kids that could be saved from this kind of treatment if only the adults in this world would open up and tell the facts to save the future abuse situations.  Didn’t Martie look good compared to the picture on this webpage?

I still don’t get how you get attempted murder from an NSAID???  Someone explain this to me, obviously there is more to this story than I have read on here.

Marti isnt out of town because we seen her in Chatom today.We spoke to her and she spoke back.My heart goes out to her.My prayers are with her and the family!!!Her father in law looks wicked to me.

If you will take time to read the arrest warrant, is states that Mr Beech is accused of improperly touching a person.  It says nothing about rape.  Also, Marti is not out of town. She is in Tibbie with her children.  She is not an abused wife and nobody was mean to the children.  It has never been said that Marti was not a good mother.  Marti just has a problem with telling falsehoods and trying to get by on the system.  Her parents-in-law has nothing bad to say about her other than they wish it had not gone this far.  As for the husband, he is still in intensive care.  His lungs are not in good shape due to a minor surgery problem.  He is still alive, and hopefully, will be getting out in the next few weeks.  Please, before you put someone down, know the facts, and remember, it could be in your family.
