cont.. sister. my brother is still with me and is graduating this year. i am not rich,, i dont have much but what i do have belongs to anyone who needs it. i regret the way things happened. i missed our court date because i was out of state working. i rode with a friend,, i had no way back. they did not reschedule the court date like they should have. his dad had a hand in that. bo never had a thing to do with my son till he was almost 5 year5s old. i raised him by myself never asked for a thing. he knew from day one that he was his. when he finally got someone willing to take care of my son for him he decided that he wanted to see him. well i let him. bo and his ego to be in control of everything and everyone had to have him. my son was happy, loving very friendly and everyone who met him just fell in love with him. i am not a bad mother. just bad circumstances. i am not from chatom, i dont know anyone from chatom. i love my son and he is coming home.

i never said that marty was not a good mother. hat i said was why didnt she take the kids and leave instead of staying in the same house with him. my son does know who i am. and LHS Mom, you are right. callalily, you can say what ever you want but if you go back and read the comments made,, not only on this feed but the others too you will see how many people said things like,, i am so glad someone finally done something,, or he should have been in jail years ago. i personally know someone that was married into the family for years that knew about jim and judy molesting their kids,, “bo and his brother and sister. and before you even say it,, No, i didnt know. i have learned this recently. all of these people saying that they are glad someone is finally doing something means they knew about it before hand. like i said, you dont know the circumstances and you dont know me. i am not a bad person. i have taken care of more than my share. i have helped raise my little brother and my little

And for the record, I don’t know anyone that has any connection with this case.

Most everyone here has lost track of the fact that she planed to kill her husband.  I understand that she felt like she had no other choice, but two wrongs does not make a right.  As far as custody in Washington County, it is who ever can pay the Lawyers the most, not necessarily who is the fit parent that gets custody.

The concern should be for the children involved in this situation.  If the child discussed has not seen his biological mother in six years, I would only hope and pray the people in charge will consider his and the siblings feelings in their decisions.  I can not even imagine the devastation that the kids would be put through to be separated at this time.  When the little boy does not even know his biological family why would anyone want to hurt the child more than he has already been hurt. His feelings and future should be considered more than anything else.  Please continue to pray for God’s blessings on this family.

CallaLilly i dont doubt you one bit about the kids are being taken care of very great cause marti is a great mother.And i dont really know what cause holeinmyheart to not have her child so i cant say anything negative about her either. but i do know that marti loves the children with all her heart and to lose ant of them would hurt her extremly bad. and i pray that marti gets to walk away from everything a free woman so she can raise her children.i dont have very much for bo cause he could have helped marti more that he did.

I know this family extremely well. I said I was not friends with Bo. Marti is a wonderful Mother and has always worked so her children wouldn’t do without. I just can’t comprehend a Mother having their child taken away-and then getting mad at the community for not reporting what no one even knew about. I don’t know what it is like to have a child taken away and hope I never do.  holeinmyheart acts like the Beech family are the Sapranos and rule Chatom. They have NO pull and that confuses me is all I said. Justice will be served and these children are being taken care of in the best possible way.

CallaLilly i know how holeinmyheart feels my child ws taken from me and I had done nothing wrong here in Washington county..you dont know the pain until you have gone throught your child being taken from you…holeinmyheart i know how you feel and i pray that you get your child back..no one is a perfect parent we all make mistakes.i dont know who you are trying to take up for people that you say you dont know so how can you judge anyone CallaLilly..i know this family and have for a long time now and they are far from being perfect.i have seen marti working two jobs trying to make a living for the children and then all i hear is people talking bad about her. marti and holeinmyheart are not the bad ones in all this.

As far as the community feeling like they have to take care of the family, all I know that has been asked of anyone is to pray.  I personally know the party who has taken this family in well enough to know that she will appreciate anything that is done for the family but that she would never ask.  She loves the family and is making every effort to provide them with the amenities - a clean home, clean clothes and a loving and GODLY environment.  The children and Martie arrived with the clothes on their back.  But thru the generousity of friends, family and the care giver the necessities have been provided.  The children are well adjusted and happy despite their tragic circumstances. Martie is an exceptionally good and loving mother to all six of the children and appreciates everything that anyone does for her family.  She is desperately looking for a day job in order to continue to physically, emotionally and mentally care for her family.

I don’t know you, and I’m NOT a friend of Bo’s family by any means. I just know that this child has lived away from you for at least 5 years. So where have you been? It is easy to say what wouldn’t go on in your house when you don’t have custody. This poor child has been let down by the two people he should have been able to count on. At least he has his siblings and his Mom. And, it is not up to the community to take care of your child- it was your job!  No one knew what all was going on- not even the Mom so don’t blame others for your mistakes. When they needed help- this community has done it’s job. No one is taking up for Bo. These kids are innocent victems I pray every day that they get the help they need.
