$10,000 is a big bond?  I thought a $50,000 would be a big bond.  According to http://www.al.com she is being tried as an adult.

Ah, that seems very low. Very very low.

Thats correct Sum! Sad huh.  She should have never been driving that fast espically with those young children in the car with her. Kids underestimate what speed of a vehicle can do. I think they should have to be 21 to drive without an adult. Kids are just to careless! 18 yrs old is a point in your life when you think your grown as I did myself at that age. I’m 32 now, and have learned so much over the yrs. Boy if I could turn back the time, I’d do so much different. But knowing I killed innocent people would literally be punishment enough for me without the law getting me. They’d have to lock me in a mental ward I think. She needs no slap on the wrist she should serve some time for a good while for this one. So, sad! My heart goes out to the victims family members. And the girls parents as I am sure they have greived over the entire thing as well.

Has anyone seen the affadavit or warrant that she was arrested under???  That should answer the question if she will be tried as a juvenile or an adult.  But in my opinion, a $10,000 bond for the death of 2 people says that the courts are going to show some real leanancy here.  Just my opinion.

Bond is 10,000 so she will make bail for 1,000.
