Goodwin says Mobile Police will wait until an autopsy is conducted before the department makes any comments regarding the manner of Ramsey's death.

A perfect morning for fishing on the Tensaw River until a gruesome discovery.
"Probably about ten yards from there where the body was found." James Chance's father was doing what he always does. "My Dad is a commercial fisherman and when he was checking one of his lines they looked back and they saw something in the water. They immediately turned the boat around and that's when they noticed it was a dead body."
Tangled in branches along the river bank the body of a black man, wearing a shirt and underwear.
"Nobody has said that anybody was missing, a fisherman, anybody that might have ran from the law or nothing like that," says Chance.
But the person may not be from Baldwin County. Investigators believe it is a man missing since November 6th from Mobile County according to Major Anthony Lowery. "It appears Mobile does have a missing person that might match so they're going to take the case over from here."
For Chance's father, it's been a tough day. "My Dad is a real tough guy. A Vietnam vet. He's been through a lot but this is something different."
Something he hopes he never sees again.
