- Police found James Adams walking down a Pensacola street around 2:30 p.m. He has been taken into custody for questioning.
- Ellison's truck was recovered this afternoon after a police chase in Pensacola. But Adams was not inside. The Escambia County Sheriff's Office is questioning the two people who were in the truck.

- Victim is 60-year-old Pamela Ellison
- Family members found Ellison's body in her garage around 8:00 last night.
- Ellison's tan, 2004 Chevy Silverado is missing (Alabama Tag AN77871).
- Her son, 41 year old James Adams is wanted for questioning. The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office says he is armed and dangerous.

10:55 a.m. (Wednesdy)
- Sheriff's Office says the victim is Adams' mother.
- She was stbbed to death.
2:00 a.m. (Wednesday)
- Police issue a BOLO (Be On The Lookout) for 41 year old James Adams in relation to the homicide.
- They believe he is driving a 2004 Chevy Silverado.
11:09 p.m. (Tuesday)
Crime Scene Investigators with the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office are on the scene of what's believed to be a homicide in Elberta.
A body was found on Old Foley Road sometime after 8:00 p.m.
