A high speed chase turns into a big drug trafficking bust along a major Gulf Coast Interstate.Felix Guevara led law enforcement agencies from both Mississippi and Alabama on a high speed chase, crossing state lines. Deputies brought the chase to a stop at the Theodore-Dawes exit.
Authorities seized about 150 pounds of Marijuana from the Ford F-150 pick up truck Guevara was driving. Felix Guevara is facing multiple felony charges in both Alabama and Mississippi, including wreckless endangerment, resisting arrest, and possession of Marijuana. Tonight he's being held in Mobile's Metro Jail.
The Jackson County Sheriffs Office plans to have him extradited to Mississippi.
