A Federal Grand Jury has indicted one of the three men police say robbed the Horizon Credit Union in Foley.
Prosecutors say Jarvis McAllister walked into the credit union May 9th, pulled a gun on a teller, fired one shot into the ceiling and demanded money. McAllister and his two accomplices then stole one of the teller's SUV's and used it as a getaway car.The SUV was found later that day ditched on the side of a road. McAllister was arrested June 4th along with his two accomplices. Police say they found the clothes McAllister wore during the robbery at his house.
Two accomplices, Richardo Easton and Justen Foster, are also accused of robbing a Bebo's Express car wash. Police say they confessed to that crime.
