Police say Tyese Lewis confessed to suffocating her newborn baby and then dumping the body in a trash can. Now she will be tried as an adult on those charges.

Tuesday morning, Mobile County Judge Sarah Stewart denied the Prichard teenager's request for youthful offender status.

Lewis reported 4-week-old Zarial missing in July of last year. She initially told police her baby was kidnapped by two women posing as representatives from an adoption agency. After a massive search turned up few leads, investigators say Lewis admitted to killing Zarial herself.

The baby's body is believed to be in a Escambia County, Alabama landfill. The body was never found.

“I know it…Im a celebrity…” Shes going to be thinking celebrity when they put her in genreal population and those hardcore criminal ladies are kicking off in her…oh excuse me. I think baby-killers should be burned alive. No if and’s or buts about it. Who could take such an innocent life? You, Miss Tyese Lewis, are a bottom feeding gutter rat who deserves to cleaned up like the trash you are.

There are so many options other than this. Abortion at an early gestational age and also adoption. Why if this baby was not wanted did she not do one of the two. Now a days you can’t say because of the money. People can apply for financial help at abortion clinics and have one for under 100 bucks BUT maybe she thought she could be a mother and why not after she had this child and figured out that she no longer wanted it couldn’t she put it up for adoption? Now she has ruined her life and ended another.

She looks awfully off in the head in her brown uniform, but looks quit normal in the other photo. I guess she wants the public to think she’s really ill in the head. Whatever, I say HANG her as high as you can get her. Wish I was on the jury team! No EXCUSE for child abuse or death!

What is up with the picture that has the byline on it that says “I know it. I’m a celebrity.” Just curious if I missed part of the story but I think this is one SICK AND TWISTED individual.

The death penalty is a good way to stop murder.

A parent murdering their own helpless infant doesn’t require specialized education. She knew it was wrong, that’s why she attemtoed to cover her tracks.

Sad sad sad it is! Poor baby never had a chance at life! I agree she should serve the time for doing such a horrific crime. Precious little child had no choice I just can’t imagine doing something like this sane minded or not! We have some very sick people in our world…I pray for them all!!
