The Florida State Fire Marshal's Office has released a composite sketch of a suspect in an arson fire August 13th at Fred's Department Store at 2968 Caroline Street in Milton.The suspect is a white man, 18 to 20 years old, 5'2"-5'5" tall, with a stocky build, long dark curly hair and a tatoo on his upper left arm.
Authorities say he was carrying a black backpack with yellow trim.
Witnesses report seeing the suspect leaving the area of the store around 5:00pm that day.
