PORT HURON, Mich. (AP) - A Michigan man who's accused of breaking into a gas station might have gotten his inspiration from
"Prison Break." Except he didn't have control over the script.

Police say once the guy had broken in to the gas station, he had a few smokes and drank some booze. Then, he called 911 so he'd be
arrested because he wanted to see his brother in jail.

But, the guy wasn't allowed to see his brother. Now, he's pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of "attempted" breaking and entering. His
sentencing is April 27th. That's when he'll find out how much time he'll get to spend in jail.

Cheaper to break in drink and smoke than to purchase them yourself.  You also get three squares and a cot after you get through, what a deal he’s getting.

What about the crime of “attempting to run a red light” wink.

This only goes to show the leniency of our system. He breaks in, consumes both cigarettes and alcohol from the break-in, I’m sure he didn’t bring his own, and gets charged with attempt.

I guess these officials never heard the joke about the difference between slowing down and stopping at a stop sign.

Not to mention that pot is measurably 4 to 5 times worse than tobacco and we are raising a generation of pot heads who think there is nothing wrong with it,so it shouldn’t be surprising to see more of this.

This tells just what tobacco and alcohol does to the brain….it makes you lose all common sense…duh
