(CBS/AP) Police say two people were killed and seven injured in a shooting at a wake in southeastern Wichita.

Wichita Police Deputy Chief Robert Lee told CBS Affiliate KWCH that a large crowd was gathered for the wake at a home when the shooting started. A total of nine people (all adults) were shot.

One person died at the scene; a second died a short time later. One person is in critical condition, four others are listed as serious. The remainder have non-life-threatening injuries.

Lee told KWCH that detectives will be on scene working the case all weekend trying to determine the number of shooters and their possible motives. Lee said some shot were possibly fired into the house from the street.

There's no word on possible suspects. No arrests have been made.

Police are looking for a pickup truck seen leaving the home. No arrests have been made.
