Mobile Police and the FBI are looking for a man who robbed the Compass Bank on Overlook Road, just north of Langan Park.Police say the man walked into the bank around 10:00 a.m. and passed a note to the teller demanding money. After he got the green, the bank robber took off in a red, extended cab Chevrolet pickup truck with a silver tool box in the back.
The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20’s to early 30’s, 5'9" to 5'10", 60-175 pounds with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a baseball hat and a light blue T-shirt.

This was the 19th bank robbery in Mobile County this year. There have been six in Baldwin County. This same time last year, there had only been 20 bank robberies in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
