gas prices were found in Birmingham, which averages $3.69 per
gallon of regular. Mobile and Huntsville were tied for the highest
average price for regular at $3.72 a gallon.
Drivers in parts of California, Alaska, Connecticut and Chicago
are paying $4 or more for a gallon of regular unleaded.
