MADRID, Spain (AP) - Iran's oil minister is warning that any
attack on his country by the United States or Israel will provoke a
fierce response.
The oil minister (Gholam Hossein Nozari) also says military
moves against Tehran will further roil already volatile oil markets
that are seeing new price records almost daily.
He spoke to reporters outside the 19th World Petroleum Congress,
which is looking for answers on how to stabilize prices and ensure
secure supplies of energy for the future.

This statement, alone, is probably enough to make oil prices jump higher.  Dangit.

working4u , yes our liberal congress had put us at the mercy of leaders like iran.  maybe this will help change their mind.

KxVx , for some reason i am not surprised you know several people in iran.

How could they hurt us with fuel prices anymore than our own Congress?

That’s horrible. I hope Israel and the US can keep their guns in their pants. I know several people that are over in Iran right now, not in Tehran, but still, I would hate to see anything happen.
