If you're in the market to buy or sell a home, have you tried the internet yet?
The real estate industry is changing the way its selling homes by putting virtual home tours on the YouTube.
The free video website allows people to click on and see what the inside of a home looks like and the price without leaving the comforts of their home.
One agent told News Five with these every changing times, the internet is the way to go.
"The younger generation, basically they're born with cell phones in their hands, but their not just phones, they're pocket p-c's. They're surfing the web, they're emailing each other. So we have to be able to reach the entire market and that's how you reach this generation is on the internet and YouTube provides the tool to do that. "
Real estate agents say they still advertise in magazines and newspapers, but more than 90% of their customers go online first to search for a new home.
