News 5 has confirmed striking Coca-Cola workers will return to work Monday. Friday afternoon, workers approved a company pension savings plan. Under the approved plan, employee contributions will be $50 less per week than originally proposed. In the initial offer which prompted the two-week strike, employees would have contributed $69 dollars each week. Coca-Cola will match employee contributions up to $20 dollars.

Some employees tell News 5 that while the approved agreement is a "little better", there is still a lot of disappointment for those workers who are at or near retirement age. The 270 striking workers return to work Monday. News 5's Diana Lucio will have a full report, including employee reaction, tonight on News 5 at 10.

I had heard of all the talking going on about this and it is ridiculous. Most of you know nothing about it other than what your husbands have told you, which is nothing. Reason, we don’t tell them because they interpret it every way that doesn’t matter. Probably the main reason we went back was because most of them were ready to cross picket lines anyway. They want to complain that they weren’t being stood up for, but they have no idea what goes on at negotiations. It makes me sick to see some of the comments that have been made. Would you have rather that we all stay out another 3 weeks, and then hope that the company would even talk again, and if so, that they wouldnt take away something else. Until people are commited to stay out for the long haul, this is the way it is going to be. How about showing some support. We did what we thought was the right thing to do and it didnt work in our favor this time. This time. Find something better to do with your time than put up #### on here
