Ann Arbor-based Domino's Pizza Inc. says in a statement the two workers have been fired, and arrest warrants have been issued for them after the franchise filed a criminal complaint.
Eric Farr is spokesman for the Catawba County district attorney's office. He says there is an ongoing investigation, but declined to give details.
Catawba County public health department spokeswoman Kellie Coffey says the franchise was closed Tuesday to be sanitized.
