MIMS, Fla. (AP) - The southbound lanes of I-95 in east-centralFlorida are shut down after two tractor trailers crashed this
morning, killing one person and spilling the contents of one of the
rigs - $187,000 in nickels.
The Florida Highway Patrol says one truck rear-ended another at
5:30 a.m. Wednesday, causing the first truck to run off the road
and the second to overturn, spilling its contents of some 3 million
nickels on the road. The truck carrying the coins was headed from
Philadelphia to the U.S. Treasury in Miami.
A passenger in the truck carrying the nickels died at the scene,
and the drivers of both rigs were taken to area hospitals.
Officials say that section of the interstate will be closed
until all the nickels are collected.

Imagine coming upon a road full of nickles, i would think i won the double diamonds super jackpot. I probably wouldn’t get far though with all my pockets full and socks, I’d probably hit the scales at 600 pounds and drop over like a rock after a yard or two.
