Does Anyone know what is going on now? Is Bo out of the hospital? Does Marty still have the kids? If he is not in the hospital then is he in jail yet?

I do not feel that it is totally up to the police and other officials to do all the work in order to bring justice. If we as citizens would stand for the truth and everyone would be honest we would not have as many repeat offenders as we do on the streets.  It is our responsibility as citizens to protect our children and if we don’t who will?  So I am asking everyone that has been aware of what was going on with this family to go to the police and let it be known.  When we expect little children to tell what has happened to them and you as an adult will not stand up, what can we expect.  It is easy to be judgemental of the system but how many times have we really taken the Christain approach and tried to help in anyway that we could.  It is easy to stand around town and discuss what should or should have been done but people need to be willing to get on the stand and tell the truth and then maybe justice will be served.

I am so glad that Marty is out of jail, she is the real victim here.  Maybe oh BO will meet up with old Bubba in the popo house and get his due.  Society would be a lot better off if that scum bag had gone to meet the big man upstairs.  But, I don’t think GOD is quite ready for him yet, I have a feeling that his suffering is just beginning and he deserves it. For him to actually die would have been the easy way out.  I don’t personally know either one of them but I am just calling it like I see it.

I saw Marty at the grocery store on Thursday, Oct 2nd - so she is out.

i heard jim was finally arrested all i can say is its about time i hope he rots in jail i wish more ppl would come foward….anyuone talked to marty

no i havent heard anything else on marty or the kids…i was told Sunday that bo was on life support and was not do good at all.i am going to call my ex sister-in-law she works for the sheriff’s office and get her to find out what marty needs up there. when i find out i will let everyone know how she is doing and what she needs

hey yall i totally agree there not safe at jim and judys either THEY are where all the abuse atarted yes yall judy too..i could tell storys that would make your head spin but anyhow did anyone find out if marty needed anything or has anyone been to see her..keep calling dhr maybe enough ppl call they will get the picture and keep praying marty but especially for the kids

everybody please call dhr not only in chatom but mobile county and the state and tell them nothing is being done to help these kids. call our da and also tell dhr to go to wkrg.com and read these comments. it may help marty and may help to get these kids somewhere safe. if they are with jim and judy they are not safe at their house or at gocos everyday.
