The Mobile County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide in Theodore.
A truck driver found Sharon Lee's body Tuesday morning lying in a ditch on the I-10 Service Road just off Theodore Dawes Road.
Ronald Miller told News Five that he had stopped to lock the tailgate on his truck, when he saw something in the ditch that looked like a mannequin.
After a closer look, he discovered it was a female.
Miller said Lee's body was covered in mud and her head was submerged in the water.
"She blended in with the mud in the ditch there very well. It was totally accidental that I'd seen her. It was just so happen that I'd happen to stop right there to where she was at. And when I looked that way I seen her," said truck driver Ronald Miller.
Investigators are treating this case as a homicide, but haven't released information on how Lee died.
If you have any information, contact the Mobile County Sheriff's Office.

WKRG Needs to keep up with the Jones’!

I know this is channel 5, but I watched the 9 o’clock news last night on channel 10 (after American Idol) and they did show a picture of this young lady.  You may have to go to a different website or change channels.

I agree!  Her picture needs to be published so people will know if they saw her in a store, walking, getting into a car with someone.  Right now she is just a name attached a horrible, gruesome story.

Why have they not release a picture of this young woman?

I would think that would help - people might have seen her earlier in the day and be able to help with information.

I hope they find this person soon.

At noon a caught a glimpse of the news and it said something about asking the public for their help with this murder investigation.  What is known so far?  Time of death?  Cause of death?  When and where she was last seen?

I would like an update on this story.

My husband, Ronald Miller, is the one who found her and we would like to send our sympathy for you and your family you’re in our prayers and welcome to e-mail me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

This is such a sad story.  No One deserves to be treated the way this poor young woman was.  I hope the family is doing as best as they can in this situation.  I also hope they get some justice soon.

i`m so glad they found her family, and i`m so sorry for the lost of their daughter,my heart goes out to them

I hope there is an update on this story.  I would like to know what happened to the young woman.
