Woman Arrested For DUI With Baby In Car

Alabama Mississippi Police say a Theodore mother was under the influence of Xanax and Lortab when she was behind the wheel Monday morning. Her 10-month-old baby was in the car too.

A Theodore woman is facing DUI and child neglect charges after police say she was busted driving under the influence of prescription drugs with her 10 month old baby in the car.

Regina Esfeller was arrested just before 3 a.m. Monday in Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Police say another motorist reported seeing the 23 year old mother swerving and called 911.

Investigators believe Esfeller had taken Xanax and Loratab before getting behind the wheel.

Loaded up on drugs is where i’m coming from the 3 a.m. could be forgiven early job picking up her other half .But not being downer bound Loritab and Xanax ? Got problems bad problems.

Regina Esfellar, the United States needs to go ahead and pay for you to get fixed.. You do not need or deserve any kids what so ever! Especially after what happened with your other kids that you had taken away from you! You don’t need any child, the best thing to do is just turn him over to the state!
