Winged Sprint Cars And Motorcycles Coming To MIS

Area motorcycle racers from Mobile and Pensacola will join the winged sprint cars from the Tampa Bay Area (Florida) Racing Association at Mobile International Speedway Saturday evening July 11, 2009 - Race time is 8:00 PM. Also on the program are the Modified, Bob’s Speed Shop Sportsmen and the Alabama Pipe and Supply Bombers in feature races only.
Grand stand admission is $15.00 for adults, seniors and enlisted military $14.00, children 6-11 $5.00 and youngsters 5 and under are admitted free.

I’m gonna have to try to put one of those wings on top of my wife’s car the way she flies around the streets.

I haven’t been to the races here in a couple years so do they race more than 5 or 6 cars in each circuit now days.
Regardless of the economy 15$ per person is why to high to see only 5 or 6 cars run in each circuit.

Oh, by the way, keep up the good work Randy, your the best sportscaster in the gulf coast region!

Love the races. Admission too high. $30.00 for two people in todays economy is keeping people away. Lower the admission for two people. Profit is made by “Quanity”. The more people who attend, the more profit everyone makes, right on down to the vendors.
