Mobile Police responded to an early morning shooting in West Mobile Thursday. It happened in the 8000 block of Brandy Lane South near Leroy Stevens Road just before 5am. Police say that a man was shot at the location. Lifeflight had to be called to transport the victim to a local hospital. Authorities have not released his condition or identity.

THAT IS MY HUSBAND. HIS MOTHER SHOT HIM. SHE HAD BEEN UP ALL NIGHT DRINKING AND FIRED A GUN IN THE HOUSE MY HUSBAND THOUHT THAT HIS MOTHER SHOT HER SELF .SO HE KICKED THE DOOR DOWN AND HE SHOT HIM FIVE TIMES IN THE NECK AND IN THE STOMACH AREA!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE IN JAIL FOR LIFE. I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SHOT MY KIDS OR ANYONE FOR NO REASON.. CALL THE POLICE IF SOME THING HAPPENS THAT YOU CANNOT CONTROL.
