Weekend Road Work

Traffic Construction Some construction work on a very popular intersection may detour your weekend travel plans.

Beginning Saturday, road work will begin at Airport Boulevard and Hillcrest Road. Engineers say there will be lane closures in each direction at various times throughout the weekend, so you may want to take a different route to avoid delays. They say the construction will be milling and pavement work. However, traffic engineers say that construction should be completed just in time for Monday morning rush hour.
