Water Shut-Off Planned For West Mobile

Some mobile homes and businesses will be without water for awhile Monday, June 8th 2009. The Mobile Area Water and Sewer System is turning off water starting at nine Monday morning for areas along Airport Boulevard, west of Snow Road. It's part of an Airport Boulevard expansion project.

The area affected includes portions of Summerlake, Wakefield, Dominion and Browning Place. People living on the east side of Dyke Road, from Repoll north to Pierce Creek, could also be affected.

The water should be back on later in the day on Monday.
