Several hundred people waited patiently in line at a Daphne funeral home Tuesday to pay their last respects to Brianna Parish.
The body of the 21 year old woman was found Friday at the Daphne sewage treatment plant.
Some friends of Brianna drove hundreds of miles to attend the visitation.
One of them was Angela Eia.
Eia said, "I know Brianna and everybody. We just drove from Texas, Bridge City. They are our neighbors."
Eia said she's known Brianna for about ten years.
Eia said, "It just broke my heart. How in this world can these people be so bad, just to do what they did to her? She's just wonderful. I know she's in Heaven."
When visitation began about 5:00, the line of people wound through the funeral home lobby.
It soon led out to the parking lot, where some people waited for an hour in cold temperatures.
Greg Straughn said, "I've never seen it this big, never seen it this big."
Bruce Alexander said, "This is incredible. They're a much loved family."
When asked what she thought it would mean to the family when they saw all the people at the funeral home, Kelley Wison said, "I think its going to mean a lot."
But most people talked about Brianna.
Miranda Ross said, "I haven't seen Brianna probably since she was 14 or so. But she was just a lot of fun to be around."
Cindy Bishop said Brianna was "just bubbly, happy, always tried to take even the bad things, always tried to look at the bright side of it. She was a very happy person."
Aaron Callaway said Brianna was a very sweet person.
He said, "Its hard for something like this to happen to somebody so sweet that you know and love."
David Martin said Brianna had "been on vacations with us, over to our house a great deal. She went with my daughter on a special 16th birthday trip to New Orleans for getting her hair done. She was wonderful."
Wednesday afternoon, Brianna's family is holding a celebration of life.
It will be held at the Bay Community Church in Malbis beginning at 2:00.

My prayers are for the family’s recovery from this horrible crime.

yes, friends drove in from many different states to celebrate her life with the family

now for all of you who have been posting horrible untruths about brianna and to thetruth who obviously has no idea what he is talking about.  does this sound like a girl who is anything but a wonderful sweet easy going child that was murdered and taken off this earth way before her time.  i know many that traveled from texas to give condolences to the family and say their last goodbyes.  i think you all should reevaluate your picture of brianna especially if you did not know her.  the people that were part of her life and knew her family have all come out in support of the family and her good name.  that should tell the police department something.  my friend traveled from texas to attend and said it was amazing.  everyone was rembering her life her charisma her love she brought to life and everyone she met.
