The jury in the Eric Buzbee murder trial is now deliberating.
Buzbee is accused of killing popular Spanish Fort business owner Bobby Wilson on August 11, 2007. Wilson was beaten and robbed at his Texaco Service Station on Highway 31. He died December 28th from his injuries.
The first two cases ended in mistrials. We'll let you know as soon as a verdict is reached.
