Nope still think you are an idiot, what do you think we will be like with no military.  And you started the attacks in your previous post.  You need to get your head out of your rear.  Explain how the military is encroaching on your freedoms.  This ONE incident, which is and was a mistake, other than that name some and I will debunk all of them.

Corporate income tax pays for military and the amount collected is the exact same as we spend on defence. Your taxes do not pay for armed services ,get that through your thick heads! Your tax money pays for the interest on the loans taken form a private bank known as the FED reserve, and nothing else. This is a way for the military to slowly encroach upon its own citizens(police state) and should be eliminated all together,hence the Posse Comitatus Act. Don’t know what that is? Pick up a damn book you fools! It is there to protect you!!!

  This has nothing to do with National Guard helping during Hurricanes. This comes down to Military Police doing day to day LE work.
  So there were 10 people in this one incident, they could have just the same called a neighboring LE department to “Assist”....
  They did not need for the Military Police to get involved with civilian incidents as this.

This is what keeps us from being a police state. Good work on the military for a clear headed and unbiased investigation.
Im sure the MPs meant well, but this is also the reason that civilians are in charge of the military. Yes, it has and does cause problems, but in the long term it is in our best interest.

National Guard and Army Military Police are two different entities. There is such a thing as JURISDICTION.

So would this mean that the National Guard can no longer come help after hurricanes,etc? I thought that was the point-to assist local LE to ensure public safety in situations that may become volatile.
