"She was standing their waiting," said Christian. "She said the bank don't open for 21 minutes."
Police say Faith Sullivan, 55, called Christian from a hotel on the Beltline Service Road looking for a ride in his taxi. He picked her up and took her to the Compass Bank on Belair Boulevard where he waited outside for Sullivan to come back out.
"I was just sitting out in my cab thinking she was going out there cashing a check, but she wasn't cashing no check," he said.
Sullivan is accused of robbing the bank and using Christian's taxi as her get-away car. She's now in jail charged with robbery... But, Sullivan's mug shot taken Wednesday afternoon shows a much different woman than pictures News Five uncovered of the same robbery suspect just ten years ago.
According to the Air Force's Tops In Blue website, Sullivan is a proud alumni of the Air Force's elite band, and in 1981 she even snagged the George Rogers award, the top trophy for Air Force entertainers.
Once a performer in her prime, this bank robbery suspect is now facing the possibility of hard time.
