Congressman Jo Bonner is responding to a News Five investigation showing undocumented workers at ThyssenKrupp.

Bonner says he has been in contact with T.K.officials.
He says they insist their contractors are following federal labor laws by verifying their employee's legal status.
Despite the companies claims, the Congressman says the allegations shouldn't go overlooked.
He plans to take our investigation to Immigration Customs Enforcement for review.
"You've identified that there may be some problems with illegal workers and there shouldn't be. Those jobs should be for Americans, they should be for people who come to this country legally and play by the rules and the laws of our land,"Said Congressman Bonner.

green card? don’t need no stinking green card.  guest worker? your guest stay in your home for months and years and not help pay for the up keep while sending and saving all his pay for threre home? i don’t think so!!!!!!!

I am suprised more mobilians are not speaking out about this. Maybe Mobile is more Pro-Illegal than I thought.

Calling an Illegal alien an undocumented worker is like calling a drug dealer an unlicensed pharmacist.

We as citizens need to stand up to our elected local officals and do something. For once we need to all take a stand and tell our state government to do something about this or we will remember this next election.
The sad thing is our government does stuff like this all the time. Then when election time comes they pound us with so much other B.S. that we tend to forget what was actually done or not done in this case! Mobile “WE” need to stand up against this.

what a joke! Local law enforcement has asked for help with dealing with illegal and were told they are on their own with it. Jo Bonner (who I like a lot) just lost a lot of credibility with the political past the buck “ we’ll look into it”. NO ONE will do a thing about it because it will go away when the construction job is over. Will anyone that has the time and do there homework on who the contractors and subcontractors are that are doing this? File suit on them for what they are doing? Look into who is getting kick backs to keep their mouth shut. What congressman’s brother-in law runs the construction company? Why and who is keeping I.C.E. out of here and why will they not do there job??? Why are all of you that don’t like what’s going on not calling Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Toll free: 1-866-DHS-2-ICE) and asking Janet Napolitano why can’t she do her job??

I hope Jo can take the heat and stand up to Illegals and get them the _ell out of our state. They are not “Undocumented Workers” they are ILLEGALS so inforce our country’s LAW’s and do something about these people.
I wish we could get a Federal Government that would have the balls to stand up to them but as the last 3 presidents and our current one we will just give the “United States of the World” over to who ever wants it.
