there is no guard on one side of the track either

the rumor is that the train was speeding when it went through the town

thank you, it’s been many years since I got started driving and now I don’t so I don’t remember the laws. I was just wondering..

No law on having to stop except for Buses and vehicles (trucks) carrying hazardous or explosive materials. Some others may apply but no law unless the lights are on and arms are down or there is a stop sign at the crossing like on Firetower Road.

Is it not a law to stop at all railroad track, lights or not, or am I out of touch with the law.

it doesnt matter if the lights were working or not ,first you have to look at the lights, they dont look or listen

Where the lights not working? If they were I need help understanding this, pleeezzzzz.
