Members of the public interested in permanent professional positions or hourly operator and maintenance technician positions available with ThyssenKrupp, as well as temporary construction jobs with the suppliers to the new facility currently under development are welcome and encouraged to attend. The event is an open-house format, free-of-charge, and personnel will be on hand to discuss job openings, requirements, and training opportunities. Online application is required for most positions (limited assistance will be offered for those who do not have ready access to the internet.)

The German-based steel manufacturer is building a $3.7 billion steel mill in north Mobile County. The plant is expected to employ about 2,700 workers at full production.
