Thousands Stride To Fight Cancer In Mobile

Mobile Cancer  Downtown Mobile was flooded with people for the 2nd Annual Making Strides for Breast Cancer event.

MOBILE, Alabama - It was a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Organizers say they raised more than $206,000 from online donations even before the event started. More than eight-thousand people walked a total of five miles through downtown Mobile. The event started at 8 am this morning, 10/24/09.
