Why do apparently VIOLENT criminals like this guy and others get off so easily with the minimal bonds? I think bail/bond for people charged in violent crimes should be delayed until after an arraingment and show of cause hearing…this way judges will be looking a broader scope of what they are capapble of before a bail is set.

There sure seems to be a lot of stabbings here lately and I’ve heard that people who stab are of a different breed of criminals because it’s an up close and more personal type of attack.  I hope things get better soon with all of this elevation in crime but if the economy is causing it in anyway, we may be looking at a long stretch of living more vigilant.
