I voted in Chickasaw. My husband and I went to the to polls around 3:30 in the afternoon. It was really quick and easy. In and out within 5 or 10 minutes. Really organized!!! Really surprised for Chickasaw too.

I’ve voted at the Abba Temple for years. I got to work today and found out it’s no longer a voting place. So then I wondered,” where I’m suppose to vote since I received no notification of change by mail?”. I also wondered where my husband and daughter should vote. Then my daughter called me ans said she went to Covenant Church on Cody/Hitt Rd. They told her she wasn’t regestered to vote there but let her vote there anyway. I googled “voter registration,Mobile,Alabama” and found out my daughter and I are registered at Seven Hills Baptist Church. My husband was moved to vote at the Living Word Church on Dawes Road. How confusing! What if I hadn’t looked it up on the internet? How many others had to use their work time to find out where to vote?

I voted at St. Annes in Pensacola. There was about 400 people in line to scan their ballots after marking them. The scanner broke down and we waited for a replacement. After about an hour the told us that the county did not have any backup machines and they brought out two boxes and told us to place our ballot in the box and that they would take them downtown to be counted. This worries me.

I had intentions of being first in line this morning at Rockwell Elementary School in Spanish Fort/Daphne. I was about 75 in line at 6:30 am. The line quickly formed out to the road behind me by 6:45 am. The workers moved us in flawlessly. I was on my way by 7:08 am. Good job workers!

I went and voted at Grand Bay Middle. I was in and out with in 5 to 10 minutes. I took my 5 year old and she said she was going to vote when she gets big. But the people were so nice and it was organized and easy.

Augusta Evans had absolutely NO privacy.  Additionally, there was a very small area set up for voters in a huge auditorium.  Chairs were right on top of each other around the “voting table” with paper “partitions” (I use this term loosely). I went to a table that was in the back of the room that had no partitions at all, only to have someone sit down right in front of me across the table….in full view of my ballot.

I own a sub shop in Orange Beach Ala. and thought after lunch I was hoping I would have time to vote..I went down to the community center and went right in checked in (about @ minutes).. voted and was out of there within 10 minutes. Was back at work to get the 2nd shift started and all was good…

Not properly informed of change in polling place. Spent all morning on phone and internet trying to find out where to go. Changed from Abba Temple to Covenant Church on Hitt Rd. Awful change! Waited in line for over an hour at 11:30. Finally got in and the area to vote was ridiculously small and only enabled about 20 to vote at one time. Disappointed.

Voted at Meadowlake Elementary on Three Notch rd. at 7:15 A.M. The parking situation was a nightmare. No one was out there to let you know where voters shou;d goand where school traffic should go. They had signs that told you where to park. They were maybe 10’X10” that were written with regular ball point pen ink. You couldn’t read them until you were sitting next to them and by that time you couldn’t make your turn. The line went quick but there were eight tables set up for voting that could hold 32 people. most people were stting on bleachers or on the floor to cast their vote. They need to work on this site for the next election.

My wife and i arrived at St. Michael’s Catholic Church at 6:30 a.m. and there were about 12 people already in line then. All went well. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Poll workers were nice and polite. Only problem I saw was that parking areasignage could have been better.
